Nowadays in software development companies, much of the work is done by teams with different areas of expertise. They communicate using ICT tools that allow cooperative work, breaking the barriers of distance and time. One of the problems that recently graduated students have is their lack of experience in those scenarios, due to the purely academic environment in which they develop their skills during their formation period of the career. Being aware of the situation, it´s been being developing, as a pedagogical lab and research in class, with the support of the Center of Teaching Excellence - CEDU, the implementation of corporate practices in academic environments. The strategy consists in joining the acquired knowledge in elective courses Software and Web Development and Mobile Programming, which belong to the Systems Engineering program of Universidad del Norte, with the purpose of developing projects by teams. The projects have a real application to satisfy a needing within the campus. The developing and communication processes between the members of each team are done using ICT tools which facilitates the sharing of ideas and software implementation. Finally, the developed applications are a reference for the curriculum of the students, which gives and impact that goes beyond a grade. In this paper we present the results obtained in the first semester of implementation of the strategy. It also presents the lessons learned and the feedback from students. Paper in Spanish
